About the Role
You will source and screen candidates for client and internal hiring using Vidara's own CV database and job portal, and give candidates an experience worth talking about.
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates from the Vidara CV database and other channels.
- Screen profiles and build honest shortlists.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines with clear status notes.
- Keep candidate experience respectful at every stage.
Requirements
- 1+ year in recruitment or sourcing.
- Strong screening judgement.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable working inside an ATS.
