You will be the voice of Vidara: calling employer leads, explaining what the platform does in plain language and converting interest into sign-ups and job postings.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to employer leads from shared lists.
- Explain Vidara's services clearly and handle questions.
- Follow up on warm leads until they take the next step.
- Maintain accurate call logs and outcomes.
- Handle objections professionally and politely.
Requirements
- Freshers with clear speech are welcome; 0-1 year of telecalling preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Polite, persistent phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
