About The Role
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to cover Howrah and greater Kolkata. You will visit businesses and individuals, demonstrate our offerings, convert leads, and build lasting local relationships.
Responsibilities
- ✓Plan and complete daily field visits across your assigned territory
- ✓Generate and qualify leads through cold visits, referrals and follow-ups
- ✓Close sales and hand over accounts to the service team with complete documentation
- ✓Report daily activity and collections to the sales manager
Requirements
- ✓0 to 2 years of field sales or similar experience
- ✓Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred
- ✓Confident communicator in Bengali, Hindi and English
- ✓Self-motivated and comfortable with field targets
Compensation
₹2,20,000 - ₹3,60,000 / year
