You will own Vidara's internal operations as the team scales: designing processes, running a small operations team and making sure quality does not slip while volume grows.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, document and improve SOPs across functions.
- Manage and coach the operations team.
- Track operational KPIs and report weekly.
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives and deadlines.
- Keep records, compliance and tooling in order.
Requirements
- 3+ years in operations with team-handling experience.
- Process orientation with strong documentation habits.
- Solid reporting and spreadsheet skills.
- Calm under pressure, structured under chaos.
