Job Responsibilities
- Own recruitment plans and drive hiring across roles.
- Build and maintain policies and the employee handbook.
- Run appraisal and feedback cycles.
- Manage HR operations, records and statutory compliance.
- Partner with leadership on org design and team growth.
- Drive engagement and culture initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR with managerial exposure.
- Solid grounding in labour law basics and compliance.
- Experience resolving people issues fairly.
- Structured documentation and policy writing.
